The leather shoes sub technical committee of the National Technical Committee for Shoe Standardization settled in Wenzhou. After 13 sessions of Wenzhou International Leather Exhibition, more than 800 enterprises from 28 countries and regions participated in the exhibition in 2007, and more than 1300 booths built a convenient business platform for shoe and leather enterprises.

Wenzhou shoe industry has built a marketing network covering domestic and foreign markets with the main line of distinctive chain stores, professional outlets and characteristic markets, and with the help of processing trade and transnational retailers' sales channels. At the same time, a group of well-known enterprises have launched various marketing methods in the form of chain stores with unified logo, image and price, such as Kangnai's Brilliant Project, Aokang's First Brand Project, Red Dragonfly's Shoes Culture Exhibition, Saint Laurent's Jade Carving Project, McGonagall's 1000 Store Achievement Project, Gerrard's China Red Project, and Beast's Blue Ocean Project, It has greatly improved the reputation and popularity of Wenzhou shoes.


   Kangnai Group It took the lead in establishing a franchise network nationwide, with 12 sales branches, 50 offices and more than 2600 franchise stores nationwide. From "quantity expansion" to "quality optimization", it entered the intensive cultivation stage. In 2006, it began to open franchise stores abroad, and in 2007, the number of foreign franchise stores reached more than 200.
